When Booking with Yellow House Bed & Breakfast:
- Full names of guests is required
- Email address is required
- Subject box is required
- Contact phone number (preferably mobile number in New Zealand or previous nights accommodation contact details)
- Check in available from 3 pm (please advise us of your estimated time of arrival)
- Any dietary requirements (food allergies or breakfast dislikes)
- Your credit card details including expiry date & 3 digit CSC (Card Security Code)
- Mastercard or Visa accepted
No deposit is required to secure your reservation but we do require your credit card details as a guarantee. We will confirm your reservation once we have received complete booking form information including your credit card details (card number, expiry date, CSC and the name as printed on the card)
The full amount is payable upon departure.
Cancellation Policy: As a small business, your cancellation affects us greatly. We would appreciate any changes to or cancellation of your reservation as early as possible. In the event that we are unable to replace your cancelled booking, a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the applicable room rate will be applied for each room night cancelled within 30 days or 100% within 7 days of the scheduled date of arrival.
